Flying during a global pandemic is not easy. Relocating half way across the world with no directs flight and a 12 hour layover in Japan makes it even more challenging. I was so nervous flying my dog but Jeff was so helpful and knowledgeable which put me at ease. They took care of everything and the whole experience was amazing as I had complete confidence that they'd manage everything to perfection leaving me without any stress or concerns. I would highly recommend this pets relocation agency. Jeff Leong is an experienced pet travel agent, he is very informative & has been very helpful from the beginning to the end of my dogs’ travels. He eased my anxieties by sending me daily updates of my dogs & also made sure to reassure me about their well-being everyday. On top of that, he is also very efficient & understanding. He loved & took care of my dogs like his own. I’m 100% satisfied with their services & would definitely use their services again in the future.

迟来的点评。去年这个时候决定了将我家的宝贝狗狗比比带着一起从马来西亚移民定居上海。途中找了好多家公司，可都感觉不太靠谱，也尝试想要自己去办，但是办理手续太繁琐了。幸好朋友推荐了jeff给我，理解了后觉得比之前咨询的几家公司都来的正规靠谱，价格合理。Jeff人很好，也很有耐心，蛮有责任地帮我处理一切所需的手续文件等。2019的圣诞节，狗狗安全抵达上海。真的很感谢jeff! 假如要带狗狗回马来西亚，必定会回选RF PETS无疑。👍🏻

We have had asked Jeff for his pet relocation services right in the beginning fro Toby. Unfortunately due to partial lockdown in March/ April, our dog has been stranded in KL, Malaysia. Luckily she has been well cared and fostered by two lovely families. All along Jeff has been so helpful, his service is very professional. All is transparent and no funny fees behind, He updated us all along with all crucial info so that that we know what we are up to with the next plan. His response is very fast and prompt. He and his team has a heart for animals!! We are so grateful that at the end with the help of a kind lady, Toby could come home to reunite with us in Europe, after 7 months separation. Had my Frenchie sent over from Jakarta. Excellent service provided by Jeff and team. They treat our dog as their own. Much love and care. He made sure we get daily updates of our furbaby. 100% would recommend.

We engaged Jeff for help in receiving our 2 cats who were travelling from the UK in late Sept 2020. This included import permits, reception at KUL and delivery to a KL address. Even though they arrived in KUL during the weekend (Friday evening), Jeff was still super helpful and took the time to make sure delivery was done perfectly even late at night!
